Family business with international appeal

The company, founded in 1938, was originally active in the food industry and built a reputation in the import and export of biscuits and confectionery. The growing importance of packaging led to the company starting to print its own packaging in 1991, and soon after, the labels of its suppliers.

The company's strategy was redefined at the end of the 20th century. The decision to further expand the printing activities and make it the company's core business was quickly made. At the turn of the century, the import and export business in biscuits and confectionery was sold.

Today, the printing company for in-mould labels and flexible packaging has grown into an international player and guarantees excellent service.

    State-of-the-art printing company

The company has now grown into an important player in the field of in-mould labels and flexible packaging.

Machinery and production technology

iPB Printing has a state-of-the-art machinery setup with various UV-HD Flexo printing machines, 6 rotary die-cutting machines for finishing in-mould labels, and a wide web finishing machine for cutting and rolling flexible packaging. The company continuously responds to market demands and strategically invests in additional machines.

The UV HD Flexo printing technique is an advanced form of flexographic printing, known for its high resolution and sharp details. This technique uses UV-sensitive inks that cure instantly under UV light, resulting in faster production times and a highly durable finish. The inks are suitable for various types of substrates, including films, paper types, and synthetic materials, making them perfect for printing packaging materials.

UV HD Flexo

With UV HD Flexo, we can deliver an exceptionally high print quality comparable to that of offset printing, but with the flexibility and cost efficiency of flexo printing. Whether it's complex designs, fine details, or rich colors, this technique provides a reliable solution for printing packaging that stands out and can withstand harsh conditions.

Rotary finishing

We print on rolls and finish the printed rolls on rotary die-cutting and cutting-rolling machines. For In Mould Labels, this has the significant advantage that the labels are individually die-cut, ensuring optimal separation and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, we do not need to use powder for separating the labels in a pack, keeping the machines at our customers' sites clean.
