Thanks to the UV-HD Flexo printing technique we use, we can laminate in-line. We apply a laminate to the printed film, enclosing the ink between two layers. This offers optimal resistances, making it an ideal concept for reusable products. A laminated in-mould label makes the product resistant to dishwashers and microwaves, and it is also odorless, scratch-resistant, and suitable for direct mouth and/or food contact.
A typical example of products with a laminated label is the reusable drinking cup used at large events, such as festivals or sporting events. Additionally, it is also a solution for household products, such as decoration boxes and lunch boxes.
